Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for collecting with us. Every original fluid acrylic painting is a one-of-a-kind creation, and we take every precaution to ensure your artwork travels safely from our studio to your wall.
1. Processing & Handling Times
Packaging Window: All original paintings are inspected, professionally packed, and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
Curing & Varnishing: All works have completed their full drying and archival varnishing cycle prior to being listed, ensuring the acrylic skin and protective clear coat are fully stabilized before packing.
2. Archival Packaging Standards
Fluid acrylic paintings feature delicate, high-gloss, or textured surfaces that require specialized handling to prevent adhesion and pressure marks in transit:
Surface Protection: The face of every canvas is wrapped in acid-free, non-stick glassine paper. Bubble wrap or plastic will never make direct contact with the painted surface, preventing moisture condensation and imprint marks.
Structural Shielding: All four corners are reinforced with heavy-duty foam or cardboard edge protectors.
Puncture & Pressure Barrier: Canvases are sandwiched between rigid corrugated sheets or foam board to guard against puncture through the front or back of the canvas cloth.
Exterior Boxing:
11" × 14" to 24" × 24": Shipped in heavy-duty, double-wall corrugated art boxes with edge-suspension cushioning.
Large Format (up to 36" × 36"): Shipped in reinforced telescoping art cartons, heavy wooden-frame crating, or custom wooden crate boxes to prevent cross-frame twisting and torsional stress.
3. Carriers, Delivery & Tracking
Domestic US Shipping: Shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS, fully tracked door-to-door.
Transit Time: Typical domestic delivery ranges between 3 to 7 business days once handed over to the carrier.
Signature Confirmation: Due to the one-of-a-kind nature and value of original art, all shipments over $300 (and all large canvases up to 36" × 36") require an adult direct signature upon delivery. We cannot ship original art to P.O. Boxes.
4. Shipping Insurance
Every painting is covered by transit insurance for 100% of its full retail value.
In the rare event of damage or total loss during transit, you are fully protected.
5. Damages in Transit & Reporting Process
We inspect and photograph every painting prior to boxing. In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged:
Document Immediately: Photograph the exterior damage on the box before opening it, if possible.
Inspect the Painting: Open the packaging carefully and photograph any tears, punctures, dents, or frame warping.
Contact Within 48 Hours: Email [Your Contact Email] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of:
The damaged canvas (close-up and full view).
The exterior shipping box from multiple angles.
The shipping label.
Hold All Materials: Retain all packaging, padding, and the outer box until the carrier insurance claim is finalized, as an inspection may be required. Once verified, we will issue a full refund or provide a return label.
6. Return Policy
All Sales Final: Because each painting is an original, irreplaceable artwork, all sales are final once delivered safely.
Color Accuracy: We strive to photograph all work in natural, balanced light to display colors accurately. However, please note that slight color variations can occur across different monitor calibrations and mobile display settings; minor variations in perceived screen tone do not constitute transit damage or defect.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once a piece has been packed and handed over to the courier, the shipment cannot be intercepted or canceled.
